One less IC...

Apparently the New York Post reported that Mario Batali is done with the Food Network. "Molto Mario" wasn't renewed, and Batali won't be coming back as an Iron Chef. The next day, though, Batali struck back and said that he's taping new episodes soon, but someone at Food Network said that he'll be replaced in November. Hmm.

I wonder who they'll get to replace him. Better not be Rachel Ray...

It'd be cool if they got Sakai to replace him... and then Flay leaves and Chen replaces him, and Cora leaves and Kobe replaces her.

Just wishful thinking. :)
And then get Yukio Hattori up there to sit with AB.

I love Alton Brown, but, really, he needs some company.
Well, that answers why Food Network is having The Next Iron Chef. Of course, if this were the original show, we'd get a retirement battle too.
Notice they said two chefs were leaving. My guess initially would be Flay or Morimoto, in that order.
Send in Anthony Bourdain! Let him put-up or shut-up! :)

Please ditch Flay the ass-hat and Batali the egocentric. Their heads are too big as it is kthxbai.

I'd freak if Bourdain and Morimoto did a battle. I like Bourdain, and he's gotta do it drunk! He's so funny lol.

I like John Besh.

Unfortunately, someone who works for Morimoto says Symon won.

Ptooey.
